'The Bold and the Beautiful' Sept. 12-16 spoilers: RJ returns to interfere with Brook and Bill's wedding; family holds intervention for Eric

Bill (Don Diamont) has planned his wedding with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) before he helps Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) protect Forrester Creations. But Brooke's only son with Ridge — RJ (Anthony Turpel) — will come back to stop this marriage from happening. Another marriage that is against all odds is the one between Eric (John McCook) and Quinn (Rena Sofer). The family will hold an intervention for Eric to confront him about the consequences of this marriage.

Bill has wanted to be with Brooke for the longest time, and he has finally found a way to secure a lifetime with her. Bill is aware of the fact that the Forrester family needs him to play a role in protecting the company, according to Soapshows. He takes this opportunity to wed Brooke, making it a necessity before he begins helping the Forresters. But Brooke's son, RJ, will come back to stop this wedding. His return may hinder the Forresters' plan of securing the company, but he believes that his mother should be with no one else other than his father, Ridge. Katie (Heather Tom) agrees with RJ, and she just might use him in a plot that she's been cooking up, Celeb Dirty Laundry reports.

Meanwhile, the Forresters are planning an intervention for Eric in relation to his marriage proposal to Quinn. Steffy will first try to connect with Eric by approaching him calmly and helping him release his stressful emotions. But Eric is still determined to marry Quinn. He then marries a wedding planner set his plan into motion. This alarms the family, and will push them into planning an intervention for Eric.

This marriage creates a big problem for Steffy and her husband, Wyatt (Darin Brooks). A divorce will loom over their heads if Eric and Quinn continue with their marriage. Although Steffy has strong feelings for Liam (Scott Clifton), she still puts Wyatt first. But her marriage with Wyatt is now in jeopardy, despite their other marital problems.
