Kody Brown has been looking for two new wives to add to his already big family. His current wives – Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn – are not too happy about it and are planning to leave Kody. With the Brown family on the brink of a collapse, "Sister Wives" season 8 might not push through.

Before the end of "Sister Wives" season 7, Hollywood Life confirmed that Kody is looking for another wife. Hollywood Life reports, "He's been looking for more than a year. He's wanted someone really young, like 19 or 20. And she has to be attractive and thin." Later on, Kody found a woman that he would like to add to the Brown family. This woman is the family nanny and Robyn's step-niece, Mindy Jessop.

There has been no confirmation yet if Kody will push through with adding more wives, but his current wives are already set on divorcing him.

A friend of Robyn's — Kendra Pollard — shared what's happening in the family in an interview with Life and Style. According to Pollard, "Kody is really, really sweating losing the show and he's doing everything he can to keep it." Apparently, Kody's attempt to add more wives to the family is his way of keeping the "Sister Wives" series on the air.

He wants TLC to keep him and for the show to earn more money. Since the start of the show, Kody had become power and money-hungry, which led to him neglecting his family. This change in Kody has pushed his wives to decide on divorcing him. Pollard added that if season 8 doesn't happen, the divorces will definitely be set in motion.

Pollard also shared that Robyn, along with Meri and Christine, has made final decisions. The wives do not want to cohabitate with Kody anymore. There are even speculations that they have already started dating other people.

Meanwhile, the only wife thinking of staying is Janelle, but they are also expecting her to reach her limit with Kody anytime soon.
