Alex Parrish (Priyanka Chopra) will attempt to negotiate with the terrorists after they "demand a trade." In the present, Alex and Ryan (Jake McLaughlin) might be on the way to uncovering the secrets of the CIA.

The Futon Critic revealed the synopsis for the fourth episode of "Quantico" season 2, titled "Kubark."

"The trainees are put through a training drill that tests their stress levels while Alex tries to gather information and get close to Owen. Meanwhile, in the future, the terrorist organization demands a trade, a move that could possibly end the stand-off."

In the present of "Quantico," Alex is trying to gain Owen's (Blair Underwood) trust while gathering all the information she can  about him so she and Ryan can uncover the secrets that the CIA is hiding in its training facility. Interestingly, Owen also wants to know about Ryan's past and secrets in the FBI.

Fast forward to the future, Alex and Ryan have broken up. Could the two have been successful in infiltrating the CIA? At the same time, could Owen also have found out about Ryan's past, leading to Alex and Ryan'sbreak-up?

The title "Kubark" is also another CIA cryptonym, which is the code name for their headquarters itself. It could be an indication that Alex and Ryan will finally uncover the secrets that the CIA is hiding.

In the future, Alex will get caught while trying to infiltrate the terrorist group by disguising herself as one of them. A few photos reveal Alex badly hurt and cornered by the terrorists. Once captured, the terrorists will give her the chance to trade places with somebody from the hostage group.

It is speculated that she will ask to trade places with Nimah (Yasmine Al Massri). This may seem like a good deal, but the terrorist's intention behind the trade is still unclear.

"Quantico" season 2 airs every Sunday at 10 p.m. EDT on ABC.
