Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) will be announcing big news to the doctors at Grey Sloan, but what exactly is it about? Meanwhile, there's a possibility that Owen's (Kevin McKidd) sister, Megan, will be returning this season.

In the promo for the fifth episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13, Amelia broke the news that she's pregnant. Since she and Owen talked out about how they want to have kids, Amelia being pregnant is definitely exciting news.

But when she tells Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) that she's pregnant, something seems to be wrong. Amelia begins to panic while Meredith says, "I hugged you and you haven't even peed on a stick yet?"

According to the synopsis of episode 5 released by The Futon Critic — titled "Both Sides Now" — "Amelia struggles with telling Owen some important news."

It is possible that Amelia has already told a bunch of people – including her husband, Owen – that she's pregnant, but soon finds out, after following Meredith's pee-on-a-stick reference, that she's not actually with child.

Meanwhile, there are speculations that Megan Hunt will be returning to Seattle soon in "Grey's Anatomy" season 5. One of the possible reasons for Megan to come back could be Nathan (Martin Henderson).

Meredith and Nathan are slowly but terribly working out the grounds of their relationship. Previously in "Grey's Anatomy," Meredith is still trying to avoid telling Maggie (Kelly McCreary) about their fling, and at the same time, pushing Nathan not to lead Maggie on.

Then, Meredith starts questioning her and Nathan's integrity in making decisions when working on cases together. As if the situation was not bad enough, the possibility of Megan coming into the picture pushes them over the edge.

Nathan used to be intimate with Megan, and with Megan back in the picture, Owen might not approve of Meriggs just yet.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 airs every Thursday at 9 p.m. EDT on ABC.
