According to recently leaked photos, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), Owen (Kevin McKidd), Webb (James Pickens, Jr.), and Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) will be working on a familiar surgical procedure that didn't work out before. Unfortunately, there was no word as to what the outcome of the surgery might be.

Furthermore, fans will also be able to see more of Eliza Minnick (Marika Dominczyk) as she decides to stay in the Hospital despite the tension between her and Richard (James Pickens Jr.). It is said that upon coming to the hospital for evaluation, Eliza ended up receiving a proposal for a long-term partnership with the hospital. However, there is still no word about the character's final decision regarding the offer.

Aside from these recently speculated plots, there are no other news or rumors as to what fans should expect from the upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy."

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 8 — titled "The Room Where It Happens" — airs Thursday, Nov. 10 at 8:00 p.m. EST on ABC.
