"Final Fantasy XV" will be released soon for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and it has a new use for Moogles, as well as a new way to attack opponents.

"Final Fantasy" is a game that has been around for along time, and with the game also comes Moogles. A Moogle is a mysterious being that flocks around humans. Moogles are often known for their very distinctive cry which sounds like the word "Kupo." Moogles are cute creatures that first appeared in "Final Fantasy III." Moogles such as Mog, Stiltzkin, Artemicion, and Montblanc have appeared in other "Final Fantasy" series except for "Final Fantasy IV."

The role of Moogles differs in every game. Moogles can be — and are usually used as — summoned monsters that grants beneficial effects to players.

Last year, Director Hajime Tabata was having difficulties in thinking about the role of Moogles for "Final Fantasy XV." Tabata even looked to Twitter to gain insight from "Final Fantasy" fans.

For "Final Fantasy XV," Moogles have become somewhat of a lucky charm that the players will be able to pick up every now and then. Moogles can be used by players to get out of all sorts of trouble, especially during crucial moments.

On another note, players will possess a new power in "Final Fantasy XV." The new magic element that can banish opponents immediately to the afterlife is called the Death spell. The Death spell banishes opponents immediately with a flash of pink and purple rays followed by a small implosion and an invisible shockwave that can also damage nearby opponents.

The Death spell can be gained through the Ring of Lucii, a ring whose holder will be granted immense power. The ring is also said to possess more than just the Death magic, but a more powerful and infinite magical ability.

Fans of the franchise don't have to wait long since "Final Fantasy XV" will be released on Nov. 29 for the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One.
