'Toy Story 4' release date delay news, plot rumors: Pixar movie moved back to 2019

Pixar's hit animated movie "Toy Story" was supposed to air its fourth installment in 2018, but recent reports suggest that the upcoming Pixar film will be switching air dates with another Pixar film, "The Incredibles 2" instead.

"Toy Story 4" was initially announced to be released in June 15, 2018, but it was recently revealed that the film will be released on June 21, 2019 instead. Speculations suggest that Pixar switched the air dates between "Toy Story 4" and "The Incredibles 2," making "Toy Story 4's" release to be set between an upcoming DC comic film and the "Transformers 7."

Additionally, other rumors suggest that Pixar decided to switch the dates for "Toy Story 4" and "The Incredibles 2" due to the accelerated production outcomes for "The Incredibles 2."

Despite the longer wait "Toy Story" fans will have to endure before they get to enjoy "Toy Story 4," recent speculations about the Pixar films plot continues to fuel fans with excitement.

Speculations suggest that the "Toy Story 4" plot will focus on the relationship between Woody (Tom Hanks) and Bo Peep (Annie Potts). It is said that Woody and Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen) will set out on a journey to find Bo Peep since she has mysteriously disappeared.

Moreover, the upcoming "Toy Story 4" film will also show how much things have changed for Andy's toys since they were left under the care of Bonnie. Accodring to "Toy Story 4" director John Lasseter, the film will have several twists and turns that will fill fans with excitement as the movie tells another story in the beloved franchise.

The stars that will voice the characters for the upcoming "Toy Story 4" co-directed by Lasseter and Cooley will include Blake Clark, Jodi Benson, Don Rickles, Jeff Garlin, Laurie Metcalf, Bonnie Hunt, Annie Potts, Tim Allen, Patricia Arquette, Joan Cusack, and Tom Hanks.

"Toy Story 4" will be back on the big screen on June 21, 2019.
