Nintendo's Link is coming back once again to save Hyrule in "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild."

Die-hard fans of the Zelda franchise are about to join Link once again to defeat Calamity Ganon, a consistent antagonist in the franchise, after his 100-year slumber.

In "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild," Link is set to be an older man who is out to stop Calamity Ganon from overtaking Hyrule, the only problem is, Link wakes up 100 years after Calamity Ganon started taking over Hyrule. Even though there is still no official word from Nintendo about the game's plot, Zelda fans theorize that the Link in "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild" is not a new character, but the younger Link from previous installments, only much more older.

"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is expected to be the premiere game for the initial release of the Nintendo NX in March 2017, which leads fans to conclude that the game will also be released at the same time.

Moreover, a rumor that "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" release date was displayed in Nintendo's European website suggests that the game might be released on March 4, 2017.

However, even though there is now a lead on the game's release date, some fans think that even if the rumors are true, it might only be applicable to areas within Europe, since the leak was from Nintendo's European website after all.

What's more is that "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" NX version is rumored to become a hybrid between a home and portable console.

As of now there is still no official word from Nintendo about the release date of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild," but it is hinted to be available in the market in March 2017 on Nintendo NX and Wii U.
