The Nintendo game "The Legend of Zelda" is releasing its 19th installment called "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the WIld" in 2017. Its release was originally scheduled this year, but developers are taking the time to improve the game for its players. Despite a delay in release, fans can expect a collection from the Nintendo franchise to keep them occupied this year.

According to a Twitter post from Nintendo's official account via IGN, the release was postponed "to allow further improvement of quality." Not only is Nintendo further developing the quality of 'The Legend of Zelda,' they are also working on a new console for the game, which will launch in March 2017. "An NX version is also currently in development, to release simultaneously with the Wii U version," Nintendo added.

According to Trusted Reviews, "The Legend of Zelda" series has had a habit of dual-launches before by launching a game in two consoles. One reason for this might be the minimum number of copies that Nintendo must distribute to consider the game a success, which is two million copies. This may not be an issue because in March 2017, "The Legend of Zelda" will be released on both Wii U and NX.

Looks like fans are in for a in 2017, but this year will not end with them empty-handed.

This year, "The Legend of Zelda" is celebrating its 30th anniversary and Nintendo will be releasing a compilation of the series' best tunes. The compilation, called "The Legend of Zelda Game Music Collection," is comprised of the 93 best tunes from the series. According to Anime News Network, the video game series is highly praised for its music, exhibiting an alternate of catchy and soothing tunes all throughout. The said collection will be released in a limited first edition in a deluxe box with 16 different cases, showcasing different illustrations from the games' animation.

The Nintendo game "The Legend of Zelda" is created by game designers Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka.
