Emily VanCamp announces her engagement to Josh Bowman on social media.

VancCamp and Bowman, both alums to the series "Revenge," are now engaged, as confirmed by the actress' post on Instagram.

In her post, VanCamp posted a photo of her covering her face yet revealing the big diamond engagement ring on her left hand, while captioning it only with a simple heart emoji.

The couple was first reported to be dating in 2012, a year after "Revenge" hit screens where VanCamp played Emily, who ends up engaged and married to Daniel Grayson, portrayed by her beau, Bowman.

Even back then, VanCamp and Bowman appeared to be really smitten with each other as the actress shared in a recent interview with Women's Health that her beau likes it best when she's makeup-free.

"And that, to me, is a symbol of a great guy — someone who doesn't care about all that [glamorous] stuff," VanCamp says of Bowman, PEOPLE confirmed.

From on-screen couples to real-life lovers, VanCamp and Bowman kept their relationship private. However, the two have their instances where they share about their love lives to the media.

During an interview about "Time After Time," Bowman reveals that "communication" is the best key in making their relationship work best.

Meanwhile, VanCamp shares in an interview with InStyle Australia what the most important thing is for her in a relationship and how excited she is to have a family of her own with Bowman.

"I have a wonderful love in my life," VanCamp says. She then adds, "Trust is the most important thing in any relationship, because everything falls into place after that."

While VanCamp shares her realization that being a 20-year-old no longer excuses being a baby, she reveals, "I find myself dreaming about [having children] all the time."

Details of VanCamp and Bowman's upcoming wedding are yet to be revealed.
