The third installment of the hit a capella movie franchise "Pitch Perfect 3" has been experiencing delays due to issues that arose from the tension between cast members Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson. Rumors say a new delay will hinder the film's production once again if the issues don't get resolved soon.
The highly anticipated a capella movie sequel was initially set for a July 2017 release, and was later announced for a December 2017 release instead due to production issues that were caused by tension between the movie's cast members.
Apparently, "Pitch Perfect 3" major cast members Rebel Wilson and Anna Kendrick have been under great tension since Kendrick asked for yet another production delay due to her other projects. Wilson did not react well to this news since she herself had other projects going on as well.
Recent speculations suggest that Anna Kendrick has threatened to leave the movie if issues between her and co-star Rebel Wilson do not get resolved. Because of this, new rumors have spread around the internet saying that Kendrick might be replaced with another star to keep the December 2017 release date for "Pitch Perfect 3."
So far, speculations say that "High School Musical's," Vanessa Hudgens or "Glee's" Lea Michele might take Kendrick's role if she pushes through with her decision to leave "Pitch Perfect 3." However, there is still no official news about Kendrick leaving the movie indefinitely.
