McGee (Sean Murray) and Delilah (Margo Harshman) will be getting married just before season 14 ends. However, fans are worried about Delilah's safety. Meanwhile, Gibbs (Mark Harmon) has gone too soft on his team by letting their big mistakes off the hook.

On the next episode of "NCIS" season 14, titled "Beastmaster," the NCIS team will be working with the Mounted Park Police in solving their current case.

"After a Marine Sergeant is found murdered in a National Park, Gibbs and the NCIS team partner with Mounted Police Sergeant May Dawson (Elisabeth Rhm)," the episode listing on The Futon Critic reads.

While episode 22 does not seem to offer much, the following episode will feature the marital ceremonies of McGee and Delilah. However, BuddyTV notes that Delilah will be rushed to the hospital after being highly stressed over wedding preparations.

Because of this, fans have been worried that the marriage of McGee and Delilah might be very short-lived because there appears to be no mention of Delilah in the penultimate episode of "NCIS" season 14.

Fans are speculating that since the wedding happens in episode 23, McGee should be with his new wife in the finale episode. However, Delilah's absence in the upcoming finale alarms fans of a looming tragedy for McGee.

Meanwhile, Gibbs might be becoming too soft when it comes to fixing his team.

Previously on "NCIS" season 14, Gibbs let Bishop (Emily Wickersham) off the hook for killing Chen (Bruce Locke). He also let Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) get a free pass for planting evidence to get a criminal in jail.

Gibbs can only cover for his team members for so long. It is possible that Gibbs will not be able to save the next member of his team who will have a big screw up, which might lead to his replacement.

"NCIS" season 14 returns with episode 22 on Tuesday, May 2, at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.
