With Annalise's (Viola Davis) tarnished reputation, it appears that a lot of people want her professional career to end permanently. Meanwhile, Laurel (Karla Souza) knows where Frank (Charlie Weber) is hiding. Will she go and see him?

Annalise has been involved in a series of deaths – her husband Sam (Tom Verica), previous A.D.A. Emily Sinclair (Sarah Burns), and Caleb Hapstall (Kendrick Sampson) – that have tainted her reputation despite the reality that she is only trying to protect her students, the Keating 5. Now, other than the university president pushing her to step down from her teaching position, a force in the justice system is trying to take away her license to practice law.

Previously in "How to Get Away With Murder," Annalise slapped her client, Toby (Austin Basis) for complaining about jail time when he was guilty of killing two women and she forced him to take the plea deal.

In a sneak peak for episode 4, Annalise is seen on video slapping Toby, and the woman who shows her the video tells her that her act of physical assault towards her client calls the disciplinary board to suspend her license immediately.

In the synopsis for episode 4 revealed by Cartermatt — titled "Don't Tell Annalise" — it seems that the board will suspend Annalise, and now her current client is in trouble without Annalise to defend her case.

Meanwhile, Frank will do something grave that will affect someone close to him. In the episode 4 trailer, it shows a snippet of Frank doing what he knows best: killing. Could the person who feels the repercussions of Frank's actions be Laurel?

Laurel found out through her father where Frank is in exchange for signing her name on his father's new business venture. It is possible that Laurel will see Frank and try to talk some sense to him, but she witnesses him do something terrible instead.

"How to Get Away with Murder" season 3 airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. EDT on ABC.
