Someone is getting married in Stars Hollow, but who will the lucky couple be? There are also speculations that Rory (Alexis Bledel) will be going through a midlife crisis when the series returns.

Someone previously posted on Instagram saying that there was a sign of a wedding happening in the upcoming series revival, "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life." Jordan McKamie took a tour in the Warner Bros studio where she saw a sheet placed on a lamp which partly read "set name: wedding."

This instantly sparked speculations of a wedding happening in the "Gilmore Girls" revival. It is partly anticipated that Rory will be the one getting married.

In the finale of "Gilmore Girls" season 7, Logan (Matt Czuchry) asked Rory for her hand in marriage but she turned it down. Is it possible that Rory and Logan will be back together and will finally tie the knot?

Others are speculating that Lorelai (Loren Graham) will be the one to get married. A photo of Lorelai in a wedding gown adds more fuel to the speculation that she will be walking down the aisle soon to marry Luke (Scott Patterson), especially since their relationship has been the focus of several throwback posts about the "Gilmore Girls."

One of the recent revival photos posted on the Instagram account of the "Gilmore Girls" consisted of a horoscope reading that Lorelai gave to Luke on the first day that they met. The horoscope note served as one of the significant foundations of Luke and Lorelai's relationship, and this certain throwback leads to speculations that the two will finally say "I do."

"Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" is expected to begin with a time jump of 10 years after the season 7 finale. If this is the timeline that the show will follow, it is speculated that Rory will be having a midlife crisis in the return of the series. Lorelai will be in her forties while Rory will be in her thirties.

In the season 7 finale, Rory covered the presidential campaign as press, taking a step towards her chosen career. But in one of the teasers showed by Netflix, Rory was seen in a classroom, which caused speculations that she has chosen a teaching job instead.

With the anticipation of Rory's uncertainty in her career, she is expected to be going through a midlife crisis once the show returns.

"Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" premieres on Friday, Nov. 25 on Netflix.
