Philippa Hanna signs with Authentic ahead of Lionel Richie tour

Philippa Hanna has just signed to Authentic Media as she prepares to join the legendary Lionel Richie on his UK tour.

The talented British singer is due to release a new book with the label in summer 2013.

Her backlist, including Taste, Watching Me, Out of the Blue EP (7 tracks), and Live at the Lantern DVD, will be available from Authentic next month.

Philippa said she was "really excited" about her forthcoming book, details of which are to be released soon.

It's been an amazing few years for Philippa. She spent much of her time at the end of 2010 in Hong Kong working as a part of the development team Asia's premier girlband Blush.

The televised project was put together by producer Eliot Kennedy (Bryan Adams, Spice Girls) and Jon Niermann (former President of Walt Disney Asia-Pacific).

Much of 2011 was spent performing at UK events and festivals like Greenbelt and Big Church Day, as well as festivals in Europe.

This year, Philippa has been busy with her 31 date Coffee Shop tour with guitarist Roo Walker. There are also plans for a Christmas tour.
