A new report by Fortune in regards to the successor of Nintendo's Wii U game console have come up claiming the Japanese company had already begun talks with third party developers.

Fortune reported that Nintendo had already discussed about the new game console, dubbed the "NX", behind closed doors with the developers during the recent Electronic Entertainment Expo 2015 (E3 2015) event that was held in Los Angeles, California this month.

Unfortunately, not much is known yet about the new Nintendo NX game console, and according to Wii Daily, the Japanese company intends to give more information and details about the game console by next year.

Nintendo is apparently keeping all the details hidden from plain view as of this time, as the company is reportedly worried about other companies stealing their ideas.

Chief executive officer and President of Nintendo Satoru Iwata recently said according to Wii Daily, "We can't talk about the NX. If we do, competitors may take our ideas and customers won't be surprised", adding "This would not be beneficial for the company or its shareholders."

Wii Daily also added that U.S.-based semiconductor company Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) has plans to release a new processor for an unknown game console by next year as well.

It's possible that this new processor could be for the new highly anticipated Nintendo NX console. However, this hasn't been confirmed yet.

Game Spot also reported that Shigeru Miyamoto, known for creating the most popular Mario video game, is not working with Nintendo on the new NX game console, as he is focused on developing games.

Miyamoto said in an interview, "I've pulled myself back out of some of the hardware section and I'm really focused on some of the software I'm involved in--for example, the new Starfox game,"
