The new flagship smartphone from LG now has specific release dates for major carriers in the U.S. The V30, which will sport next generation upgrades to the Korean mobile manufacturer's V20, will become available starting Oct. 5.

Verizon will be the first one to offer the new smartphone on Oct. 5. However, the pricing for the new phone has not yet been revealed by the carrier. AT&T will be following suit as it launches the V30 a day later. The company offers the phone for $810, which is equivalent to $27 per month for 30 months.

The new phone will be coming to T-Mobile on Oct. 13, where it will sell for $800 or $80 down and $30 per month for 24 months. The V30+, a variant with larger internal storage will also be available on Oct. 13 as a Sprint-exclusive device. Sprint will sell the model for $912 or $38 per month for 18 months via the Sprint Flex program.

The LG V30 boasts a large 6-inch OLED HDR display which follows its Full Vision design philosophy, minimizing bezels and increasing the screen-to-body ratio. The new phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and 4 GB of RAM.

Like its predecessor, the V30 will have high-end multimedia capability. It has support for hi-fi quad DAC to deliver superb sound quality unmatched by other smartphones. The new installment will also include an upgraded dual camera setup, which includes features like a wide f/1.6 aperture, a 120-degree field of view, manual camera controls, and image stabilization.

The LG V30 is one of the most anticipated phones this year, and one of the last flagship releases from a major brand this year. With the recent launches of new units from smartphone giants Apple and Samsung, the V30 needs to perform at a high level in order to keep up with the likes of the Galaxy Note 8 and iPhone X.
