FKA Twigs takes first public stroll after rumored breakup with Robert Pattinson

Singer FKA Twigs had been spotted for the first time in public after news about her breakup with "Twilight" actor Robert Pattinson made the rounds on the internet in October.

Twigs, or Tahliah Debrett Barnett in real life, was seen with another woman as they were walking in Los Angeles. The "Video Girl" singer was holding a green drink and sported a white dress, matching it with a pair of sunglasses.

This was the first time the 29-year-old singer was seen since she and Pattinson called it quits, therefore calling off the engagement as well. However, it was not the same for her ex-fiance. The "Remember Me" actor had been publicly making appearances after their split. Pattinson attended the SCAD Savannah Film Festival, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' 2017 Governors Awards, and the 2017 AFI Fest event.

Although the two have kept mum on the real reason for their breakup, sources say that their schedules had taken a toll on their relationship. Distance also forced them to make the decision even though they were still into each other.

Another insider revealed that Twigs still had her engagement ring and that Pattinson still loved his ex-fiancee. "It's not out of the realm of possibility that they could get back together and it's more like they are taking a break," the source added.

Pattinson and Twigs broke up in October, and the former had since been linked with "Swish Swish" singer Katy Perry. But, some insiders denied this and said that Perry and Pattinson were just really close friends as they share the same interests, and the latter was just seeking advice from Perry.

As for the engagement, Pattinson popped the question in April 2015 with a diamond ring that was reported to cost $150,000. Twigs and the 31-year-old "Cosmopolis" actor met in 2014.
