"Destiny 2" players have discovered an amazing Easter egg that is a shout out to fellow Battle.net title, "Overwatch." The secret can be found within the Iron Banner event. Yet, only the best players can find it.

During the Iron Banner event, one player found out a reference to one of the characters of "Overwatch," Reaper. The player just got a 20-player kill streak when he heard a familiar dialogue from announcer Lord Saladin.

"Die! Die! Di-(coughs). Sorry I've been watching too many Iron Banner matches," said Saladin. "What time is it? Shaxx? Shaxx, are you there? Can you get me a water? Stop yelling, it's just a question. I'm not old!"

The first line is a direct quote from "Overwatch's" Reaper, who exclaims "Die! Die! Die!" when players use his ultimate ability.

This connection can be explained by the fact that both "Destiny 2" and "Overwatch" share the same parent company Activision Blizzard. Thus, both games have a connection to the voice actor Keith Ferguson, who voices both the Reaper and Lord Saladin.

It has not yet been confirmed when the rare crossover dialogue is triggered, but based on the experience of the "Destiny 2" player, gamers may need to perform long streaks of kills before unlocking the Easter egg.

In related news, the Iron Banner event is getting negative reactions from "Destiny 2" players because of a number of reasons. Many players are saying that unlike the Iron Banner in "Destiny," the "Destiny 2" event cannot be differentiated from the Crucible and Trials mode. The game has apparently removed the light power level differences that made the original event very interesting.

Players are also not satisfied with the event's reward system and the weapons that appear to be reskins of already existing equipment. It is not yet sure if Bungie will be rolling out updates for the event, after hearing the concerns of its player base.
