Billy Brown, the patriarch of the popular Brown family from the reality series "Alaskan Bush People" celebrated his 65<sup>th birthday with a lavish party surrounded by his loved ones. However, there was one person who was absent from the celebration. Ami, Billy's wife was absent from the festivities as she continues her battle against a late stage cancer.
The extravagant party was held at a beach boutique restaurant somewhere along the coast of California. While the family celebrated Billy's happy day, there must have been mixed feelings as his wife and the mother of their seven children could not attend the party.
Billy's birthday celebrations also confirm that the family is still in California, where the matriarch Ami is undergoing treatment for cancer. Fans of the show are familiar with how the entire family was forced to leave Alaska and go to California so that Ami could get treatments for her stage four lung cancer.
In her Instagram, the Brown family's youngest child, Rainy offered a birthday message to her father, thanking him for putting up with her and her siblings. "Happy birthday to the amazing man that has put up with this mess (and six others) for so many years, I hope your day has been wonderful daddy!" said the 15-year old reality star.
Rainy also greeted her mother, who also celebrated her birthday recently. "I'd like to wish a late birthday to his beautiful wife and my adorable mommy," she wrote, adding, "Trust me I don't know how you dealt with us and still wanted to have more kids haha, I hope I'm even half as good of a parent as y'all are."
Rainy also posted a photo of herself with her sister Birdie. The siblings sat at an ocean front restaurant. "I must say eating dinner on the beach next to a sunset with people you love is just about the best feeling in the world," she captioned the photo.
