'90 Day Fiancé' season 5 spoilers: Drama continues as two couples are on the verge of breaking up

The exciting drama of engaged couples in the reality TV show "90 Day Fiancé" continues as the show moves along its fifth season. Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou may have broken new ground on their relationship after a huge fight, while Josh Batterson and Aika may be on the verge of a broken engagement.

Fans of the show would remember that Nafziger and Tefou previously had a huge blowup. In the wake of their fight, the two managed to get their heads back and calm down separately.

They each sought the advice of family members, with Nafziger calling her mother on Skype and Tefou asking help from his aunt. Tefou felt like his aunt could understand his situation with his cross-cultural relationship. She married an Italian and lived in Italy for many years.

After talking to her nephew, Tefou's aunt seemed to have looked at the situation from an objective point of view and advised Tefou to be more respectful of his fiancée.

Fans of the couple will need to wait for the next episode to see how their relationship will change after getting advice from their family members. Will the fight help them understand the other better, or will it cause more tension?

Meanwhile, Batterson and Aika's relationship might be taking a hit after a recent revelation that Josh had made. The couple discussed their future over dinner.

Aika shared that she wants to have children. "I want to get married," she said. "And children. If not, then I'm seriously out of your life."

However, Batterson revealed that he had a vasectomy done. Aika responded with a surprising ultimatum. She demanded that he have the vasectomy reversed. Otherwise, she said she doesn't think their relationship can move forward.

This proves how much Aika is determined to have children and this resolve sets Josh up for a life-changing decision. Will he be willing to undergo surgery in order to make the love of his life happy?

"90 Day Fiancé" airs every Sunday, 8 p.m. EST on TLC.
