Who is it for?
For volunteer and salaried youth workers, whether you've been involved for 5 minutes or 15 years!

The conference has been designed in consultation with youth workers and in response to feedback from previous year's delegates. With main plenary sessions, a wide range of seminars, opportunities for networking, prayer areas and an extensive exhibition and resource area, there is something for everyone at Youthwork the conference, giving the opportunity to celebrate, learn and equip yourself in your role as a youth worker.

What is the theme?
Infinite Possibilities - Reimagining mission to the digital generation

It's impossible. That's how some of us feel when we consider the awesome challenge we have to reach out to young people. Where do we begin? Young people, and the world in which they live, seem to change so quickly. How can our church even begin to relate to their world? There are just so many obstacles.

So many obstacles or infinite possibilities? This year at Youthwork the conference we want to explore and reimagine mission to the digital generation. We want to turn the obstacles into possibilities and the challenges into opportunities. The need is great but the possibilities are infinite.

In addition to this strategic theme, Youthwork the conference offers you much needed refreshment and an opportunity to meet with God. Whether through seminars, space given to worship and prayer or through coffee and the chance to walk on the beach, Youthwork the conference exists to encourage, equip and inspire you for the amazing task which is youth work.
