Recently, Chinese giant Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. unveiled its latest Honor 7i handset, which is expected to be available exclusively in China. The Huawei Honor 7i sports a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera that can rotate and act as a front camera as well.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that Xiaomi's Mi 4c device recently crossed through the TENAA certification in China. Before that, the phone was spotted on Geekbench, according to a report by GSM Arena.

In comparison with its predecessor, GSM Arena adds that the new phone is apparently similar to the original Xiaomi Mi 4i in terms of the design, measurements, and specifications.

Like its predecessor, the Xiaomi Mi 4c will sport the same 5.0-inch IPS LCD display screen with a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution. It will also retain the 13-megapixel camera on the back and the 5-megapixel camera on the front seen in Xiaomi Mi 4i.

The Mi 4c will run on the new Android 5.1.1 Lollipop version operating system (OS) along with the company's latest MIUI 7.0 version on top. Under the hood, the phone will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, 2 GB of RAM, an expandable 16 GB of built-in memory capacity and powered by a 3,100 mAh battery. It may be noted that the Snapdragon 808 processor made its debut through LG's popular G4 smartphone, according to GSM Arena.

A report from International Business Times also mentions that Xiao Mi 4c made its way through TENAA certification with the aforementioned specs.

According to International Business Times India, Mi 4c could be available in black, white, yellow, orange, red, and green colors. The news outlet adds that the phone will support microUSB connection, 3G, 4G Long-Term Evolution (LTE) connectivity, GPRS/Edge, Bluetooth 4.0, and global positioning system (GPS). It will also come equipped with Wi-Fi Direct and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac connectivity.
