The highly-anticipated first person shooter "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" will be released this week, and players all around the world will soon be punching Nazi supporters in the face. For die-hard Wolfenstein fans, another exciting release will be happening in two weeks when the art book "The Art of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" becomes available.

Back in July, comic book publisher Dark Horse announced that it will publish "The Art of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus," which will contain loads of production material, concept art, and exclusive commentaries from the developers of the game.

"This beautiful hardcover belongs in the collection of freedom fighters, gamers, and art fans everywhere," said Dark Horse in its announcement. "Fans can immerse themselves in a world brought to life by unforgettable characters in a 1960s America flipped upside down by Nazi occupation."

This week, Dark Horse gave some previews of what fans can expect from "The Art of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus." The previews show the interiors of Eva's Hammer, which is the hijacked German U-Boat that was commandeered by the protagonist B.J. Blazkowicz during the events of the previous game, "Wolfenstein: The New Order."

In "Wolfenstein II," Eva's Hammer will serve as the base for the resistance in their effort to mount a revolution against the tyrannical regime.

The book will also feature many artworks involving the city of New Orleans. It shows that the creators have taken the time to develop assets that match the time period and the location.

The art book will also give a closer look at the destruction that fell on New York City after the nuclear bombing that was mentioned in the previous game.

The setting of "The New Colossus" offers a very interesting take on the culturally rich 1960s America. The game takes place in an alternate universe where Hitler's Nazi Germany managed to win the Second World War, then proceeded to conquer the U.S., creating an America controlled by a Nazi regime.

"The Art of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" will hit shelves on Nov. 7. The video game "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" will be released on Oct. 27 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
