Taylor Swift news: 'Reputation' still number 1 in Billboard 200 ranking

Grammy Awards winner Taylor Swift is celebrating the success of her latest album "Reputation" that dominates Billboard 200 at number 1. The album has been the number 1 best album for two weeks. "Reputation" is Swift's sixth studio album that was released on Nov. 10 by Big Machine Records.

According to Billboard, the album is an instant success with equivalent to 256,000 album sales so far. "Reputation" is also the first album reign as number 1 for multiple weeks in four months. Not only that, Billboard also reported that Swift's newest album is the first album released by a female artist to spend more than one week in the top spot. Swift's "Reputation" dethrones Sam Smith's "The Thrill of It All" album.

"Reputation" is composed of 15 songs in total. Swift collaborated with another Grammy Awards winner Ed Sheeran and rapper Future for her new song "End Game." Before the release of the album in November,it was teased that Swift's good friend Selena Gomez will be a featuring artist in "Reputation." However, the release of the album revealed that the anticipated Swift and Gomez collaboration did not pursue.

After only four days prior its release date, over 1.05 million copies of "Reputation" were sold worldwide. Swift defeated her good friend Ed Sheeran in numbers of copies sold worldwide. Sheeran's latest album "Divide" sold 919,000 in one week, making it the former largest seller.

There are still no information or hints from Swift's camp if the artist is already planning her seventh studio album. Swift's sixth album is rumored to attack other artists from the music and film industry whom Swift had issues with.

In the Top Hot 100 list, Post Malone's "Rockstar" track with 21 Savage continues to be number 1 for nine weeks. Next to Stoney is Camila Cabello and Young Thug's "Havana."
