SOUL IN THE CITY London is currently mobilising more than 2,000 Christian young people to take part in 40 separate projects aimed at serving their local communities across the Greater London area, from 29th July till 5th August 2006.
The original Soul in the City event took place over a two-week period in 2004, with youth coming from all over the world to gather at London’s Trafalgar Square for a huge worship and prayer finale.
Soul in the City brought over 20,000 young people from all over the globe to serve the community in London. It was reported that it took three years of careful, and meticulous preparation for the vision of Soul in the City to be fulfilled.
Now two years later in 2006 the Soul in the City movement is continuing to progress its vision.
