"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Scott Disick will spend New Year's Eve for the first time with his girlfriend Sofia Richie. Fans are also wondering if wedding bells are ringing for the couple.

Disick recently posted a picture of him and Richie aboard a private plane on Instagram. "I'm on a whole new year vibe," Dissick wrote. Richie also posted a picture of the two of them on her account with the caption "Ready for 2018."

Several reports indicate that the couple will welcome 2018 in the snowy municipality of Aspen in Colorado. The couple were recently spotted along the Aspen area walking side-by-side embracing the winter cold. The couple recently went skiing according to Disick's Snapchat post. The couple have not released any information about their New Year's Eve itinerary.

Disick and Richie are not off to a good start with their fans with the New Year coming in. Disick's Instagram post generated backlast from his followers regarding the age gap between the two, with disick at 34 and Richie at 19. There were also previous reports about their rumored engagement which added more fire to the issue. The couple haven't addressed the speculated engagement and are looking forward for 2018.

In other news, it appears that Disick is convincing the Kardashian clan to allow Richie in the family and for the two of them to star in "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." According to HollywoodLife's sources, "Scott is desperate for the Kardashian family to accept his girlfriend Sofia. Scott is hopeful that if Sofia is allowed into the family, his life will get easier and it will create more opportunity for them as a couple." The source also claims that Disick has been talking about Richie's good qualities to Kris Jenner.

If the Kardashians do accept Richie into the family and into the series, this means that Disick and Richie will have to spend time with Disick's ex-wife, Kourtney Kardashian.
