Pray-as-you-go - Soothing Prayer Sessions for iPod

|PIC1|Pray-as-you-go is the new prayer site launched by the Jesuits to help you pray whilst travelling to-and-fro in busy lives.

Launched on Ash Wednesday, the site provides ten minutes of music and scripture, for each day, to help you come closer to God through prayer and meditation on His Word.

The music, soothing and spiritual, is provided by Abbeys from around the world including St Cecilia's, Plus Carden and Keur Moussa - a French abbey in the Senegal.

The Jesuits hope that these sessions, will help commuters de-stress on the way home from work or school as the files are accessible through iPods, mobile phones and MP3 players.

Each session comprises of a opening prayer, music, bible passage and opportunity to reflect.

Download one day at a time, or a week at a time, however be prepared for large downloads if Broadband is not accessible as the files are 5-8Mb.
