Miranda Lambert reveals new hobby, proves she is a real country superstar

Country singer Miranda Lambert lives a lifestyle fitting of a country music superstar. The musician has been in the spotlight because of her singing career, her passion for animals, and even her broken marriage with Blake Shelton. To get some time away from all the attention, the singer has taken up a new hobby, and it proves that Lambert is indeed a country girl at heart.

The singer has made her first attempts at becoming a canner. Her first try comes in the form of some pickles, which from their looks, seem to have turned out great.

Lambert shared her experience via Instagram, posting a photo of a batch of pickles. "Happy Sunday from Flyin' Pistols Ranch," she captioned the photo. "My first try at becoming a canner! This is my sweet + hot batch of pickles and peppers called 'Fire Kisses.'"

The singer shared that when she made her first batch, she named it "Trying and Flying." "It turned out really great! I didn't know I had a secret talent of pickling, they're good pickles," said the 34-year-old singer.

The musician, who grew up in Texas, remembered her parents making pickles when she was young. However, she has not tried making her own until now.

Lambert, who is active in social media, is known to share with her fans the various hobbies that she tries in hopes of relieving the stress of her high-profile lifestyle. Previously, she has taken up coloring books as a hobby and even invented the hashtag "beerandcrayons."

Earlier this year, the country singer won her eighth straight Female Vocalist of the Year award at the Academy of Country Music Awards. Besides her great music career, Lambert also made headlines because of the rough ending of her marriage to another country superstar, Blake Shelton.

Lambert is currently dating singer Anderson East, and between him and her newly found hobby of canning, it looks like the "Tin Man" singer is having the time of her life.
