There he goes again. For the nth time, Justin Bieber has decorated his body with a new tattoo.

During a concert in Bologna, Italy on Sunday, the 22-year-old Canadian singer lifted up his black T-shirt to show off his new "Son of God" tattoo between his chest and six-pack abs while performing his song "No Pressure," US Magazine reported.

As expected, the fans went gaga as Bieber showed his fit body before pulling his shirt back down.

According to The Daily Mail, the "What Do You Mean" singer already has 56 tattoos, many of them showing his Christian faith including a portrait of Jesus on his leg.

Bieber has commissioned celebrity tattoo artist JonBoy who inked a small cross on the heartthrob's face earlier this year. It's not known if his latest body art was also done by JonBoy.

Bieber has got tattoos almost everywhere in his body. His entire right arm is almost entirely "sleeved." He also has angel wings on the back of his neck and a treble clef (g clef) music symbol tattooed just behind his ear, according to The Daily Mail.

Tattoos also decorate his chest, back and legs, US Magazine noted.

Earlier this year, Bieber explained his body art during an interview with GQ, telling the magazine that the process of getting inked is "mad uncomfortable."

He got his first tattoo, a tiny seagull on his left hip, on his 16th birthday. He told GQ in February that the bird was from one of his favourite children's books about "a seagull who wanted to be more than just a seagull."

Bieber also has a tattoo of his on-and-off ex Selena Gomez, who is depicted as an angel on his left forearm. "This is my ex-girlfriend. I kinda tried to cover her face up with some shading, but people still know," he told GQ.

Bieber posted his latest body art on his Twitter account. Not all of his fans are raving about their idol's tattoos. One Twitter user shared four photos of Bieber's shirtless pre–"Son of God" body, writing, "Let's just take a moment to remember Justin's body without his new tattoo there."
