Faith award distribution ceremony : 'Spread the Love of Jesus'

Bhopal- "Love your neighbour as yourselves." How can you say that you love Jesus who is unseen when you can't love your neighbour who is beside you? "Love is compassion, love is merciful, love is patience and above all, love does not keep a record of the wrong." These were the words of the Chief Guest of the Faith Award 2003 Award distribution ceremony Hon'ble Jstice Shri.H.K. Sema, Supreme Court of India who addressed a gathering of more than 1200 evangelists, pastors and believers.

The Award distribution ceremony instituted by Faith publications was held recently in Campion Auditorium, Arera Colony, Bhopal. Hon'le Justice H.K. Sema and the receipients of the Award were given a grand welcome as they were accompanied into the auditorium by a group of tribal dancers from Orissa. The gathering had people from more than 20 statse apart from Nepal and Bhutan.

Among the recipients who received the award from Hon'ble Justice Shri H.K.Sema were Mr.C.Dozuala(Mizoram), Ms.Mercy Mathew or ;'Dayabai'(Madhya Pradesh), Dr.A.F.Pinto(Mumbai), Dr.Swami Sunder Singh(Uttaranchal), Rev.P.M.Thomas (Uttar Pradesh), Dr.Bishop M.A. Thomas(Rajasthan) and Dr. Thomas Matthew(Rajasthan). Dr.P.G.Vargis honored them by handing over the citations and Pr.Joy M.Thomas presented them with a shawl. Pr.Johnson Samuel, the Treasurer of New Live Fellowship, received the award for Dr.S.Joseph. The recipients were honored by having their citations read by Bro.Aby Vargis Kallimel. The citations of Rev.Earnest Mall, Rev.Richard Howell, Dr.Iris G.Paul and Mr.M.D.Strong were also read who could not make themselves present in the Award giving Ceremony. Mr.M.D.Strong was awarded posthumously.
