Josh Duggar's wife Anna from the former TLC reality show "19 Kids and Counting" just turned 28 on June 23, and the Duggar family used her birthday as an opportunity to thank the devoted Christian wife and mother for what a blessing she has been in their lives.

Anna's sister-in-law Jana and Joy Anna started by creating a video message for her, which they shared on their family's Facebook page. "We're so grateful for your love for the Lord," says Jana. "You really challenge me in how you have sought the Lord so much through the good times and the hard times."

As for Joy Anna, she appreciates how Anna inspires kindness in others. "Your genuine love for others is shown by all that you do, even us in our own lives. And always encouraging us," she says.

But aside from helping boost their spiritual faith, Jana and Joy Anna say that Josh's wife is a really huge help around the house. They are thankful Anna does "the dirty work no one else wants to do," such as cleaning the bathroom. What's great about Anna is how she steps up in doing household chores "without expecting anything in return."

Joy Anna adds that Anna is "a huge blessing" for their family, and Jana concluded the video message by saying Anna is "the best sister-in-law anyone could ever ask for."

"We really love and appreciate you so much. Happy birthday," she says.

Meanwhile, Anna's mother-in-law Michelle also shared a sweet message for her. "You are such a treasure and a blessing to us," Michelle writes. "Your strong faith has become a shining model for all of us. You are a great mom and I am so thankful for you!"

Anna's birthday came after two explosive scandals rocked her marriage last year. The first scandal revolved around Josh sexually molesting several underage girls including his sisters Jill and Jessa, and the second scandal involved his infidelity through the cheating website Ashley Madison.  He has since been in and out of rehab, and he and Anna are reportedly in marriage counselling as he seeks to rebuild his life.
