'Jill and Jessa: Counting On' recap: Duggar girls say sis-in-law Anna's love for brother Josh is a real encouragement to them

Josh Duggar's wife Anna has been a wonderful role model of a dutiful and faithful Christian wife, and even Josh's sisters are impressed by the grace she exhibited during the rough patches they experienced over the past few months.

During last Tuesday's "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" episode entitled "Girls Hit the Road," Anna provided an update on her marriage to Josh.

"I can definitely look back on the past few months and say, it's been a hard road, but it's been a good road. Daily, there is going to be a lot of work," she said, "but we'll just kind of take it one day at a time and keep trusting God and do the next right thing."

Anna bonded with her sisters-in-law during a road trip to Branson Bear Log Cabin in Ridgedale, Missouri, and she teased them that there could be another wedding in the family soon.

"You could always be six months away from an engagement if you're single and over 18," she smilingly said.

The Duggar girls then said that Anna has been a huge encouragement and blessing ever since she came into their lives. Inevitably, their talks about love and marriage made the girls reflect on their ideal guys.

Joy hopes to find "somebody that loves others more than himself" while Jana wants to end up with a guy with "dirt under his nails" rather than a desk job. But Jessa Seewald quipped, "The thing is, when you're in love, you don't ask the guy, 'Do you have a desk job?'"

On the other hand, Jinger said the single Duggar girls are often asked about the relationship status that she is used to dealing with it. "I think it's just typical. We kind of just expect it," she said.

Anna and Jessa even teased Jana, Jinger and Joy that they will set up blind dates for them. Jinger finds the arrangement acceptable, just as long as she gets to choose her date.
