Fans of the Duggar family are going crazy about the news of Josiah Duggar's new girlfriend or girlfriend-to-be. There are speculations that Josiah is dating Lauren Swanson who is a longtime friend.

The family and Josiah are yet to confirm if the rumors are true, but few publications reported that Josiah is courting his friend. Swanson accompanied the Duggars to their recent trip to Australia, and fans took that as an indication that Josiah and Lauren are indeed in a relationship.

If Josiah and Swanson are indeed an item, that means the "Counting On" star decided to give love another try. Josiah's last romantic involvement did not end so well. He was involved with Marjorie Jackson for a while, but the two decided to end things in 2015.

There are some publications indicating that Swanson might be the one for Josiah and that the pair are headed to the altar. Josiah or Swanson has yet to confirm if they are already dating so it is best to take the news with a grain of salt. Some fans, however, are too eager for an answer by taking it to social media. One individual commented on Facebook saying, "So when are we getting the announcement for Josiah and Lauren? Cat is out of the bag, no point waiting for the season to start."

There are some speculations among fans that Lauren might be featured in the Duggar's reality television series "Counting On." TLC confirmed that the show is coming back with season 7 on Feb. 26. Fans are looking forward to a lot including the upcoming babies from Joy-Anna and Austin Forsyth, Joe and Kendra Duggar, and from Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo, as well as Josiah and Lauren's romantic relationship.

The show "Counting On" follows the life of the Duggars as a big, religious, and loving family to one another.
