Bandai Namco's new fighting video game "Dragon Ball FighterZ" received great score ratings from early critic reviews. Bandai Namco and Arc System Works were applauded for developing what is said to be one of the best fighting video games of all time.

IGN gave the title an impressive score of 8.5 out of 10. "The pairing of DBZ and Arc System Works is a match made in fighting game haven," IGN wrote. The 2D fighting video game also got great scores from other experts. Metacritic gave the title a 88 percent score rating, and a 9 out 10 score from Trusted Reviews.

Video game critics were amazed by the video game's extensive combat gameplay with its explosive combos. It was agreed by a number of critics that the combat command of the title is simple and easy to grasp, but at the same time brings great gaming experience to players. The combat controls for each character in the video game is said to be engaging and exciting for gamers.

The dialogues and cut scenes included in the final mix of the FighterZ are humorous and well-thought according to experts. The dramatic finishes are also among the contents praised by elite gamers.

The title is also said to be suitable for both skilled and novice gamers. IGN said "Dragon Ball FighterZ" is "an inviting gateway into the world of fighting games for newcomers." The storyline is also applauded, although it also takes a little bit of criticism.

As a last hurrah before the game's launch, a beta went live for the Xbox One last Wednesday. "Dragon Ball FighterZ" is slated to be released on Friday (Jan. 26) this week. There are still a few video game websites conducting their reviews and are close to releasing their verdict. There are still no updates nor hints from Bandai Namco or Arc System Works if they are working on additional contents for the near future.
