Derby Defender Darren Moore: "The Holy Spirit has Brought Me to This Work"

|PIC1|Derby County defender Darren Moore is a committed follower of Jesus Christ. Outside of football he puts his faith in action, helping disadvantaged families in India and Africa:

Yeah, I mean, I’ve got my faith, I’m a Christian, I believe in the lord Jesus Christ. The Lord, he’s the saviour of my life, and he leads me and he guides me and I’m very, very grateful for that.

I love the lord very much so, and the Lord and the Holy Spirit have brought me into work like this into the charity. And through it all what God has poured into my heart in that, you know, is the sheer love that he shares for everybody.

God loves us all, JC loved us all. And when I’m doing the work for the charity I really do feel a sense of love towards the families, the children I am working with. It says in the Bible it’s the joy of the Lord is my strength. And I really do feel that when I do go and work with these children or families.
