As expected, Beyonce took to the stage at the Grammy Awards tonight to perform the song 'Take My Hand Precious Lord.'

The song is an introduction to Common and John Legend's performance of 'Glory' from the film 'Selma,' which is actually sung by Ledisi in the movie.

Beyonce has received six Grammy nominations this year: Album of the Year, Best R&B Performance, Best R&B Song, Best Urban Contemporary Album, Best Surround-Sound Album and Best Music Film.

This year's Grammy Awards catapulted Beyonce as the most nominated female artist in the history of the musical awards show. Beyonce now has a total of 52 Grammy Award nominations to date.

Other performers of the night include singer and producer Pharrell Williams, who was nominated for a whopping six nominations this year.

Sam Smith, who also received six nominations this year, including the Record of the Year for 'Stay With Me' and Album of the Year for his album titled 'In The Lonely Hour,' will also take to the stage with Mary J. Blige.

Just like Smith, other first time Grammy performers include Ariana Grande, Eric Church, and legendary Australian hard rock band AC/DC.

Another headliner for this year's Grammy performance is Madonna, who is set to heat up the stage once again with her jaw-dropping performance.

Other performances of the night include Chris Martin and Beck, Lang Lang, Herbie Hancock, John Mayer Questlove and Ed Sheeran, Brandy Clark and Dwight Yoakam, Juanes, Sia, Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga, Hozier and Annie Lennox, Jessie J and Tom Jones, Miranda Lambert, Adam Levine and Gwen Stefani, and Usher.
