In the next episode of "Van Helsing," Vanessa Helsing (Kelly Overton) faces off with Dmitri (Paul Johansson) and his horde of vampires.

The synopsis and promotional photos for the upcoming installment titled "Everything Changes" was just released recently and showed Julius (Aleks Paunovic) and Doc (Rukiya Bernard) surveying the terrain and looking for a truck that they can use once Helsing returns to them. The vampire huntress in the meantime encounters the villainous Dmitri at the secret facility with his horde of ferocious ferals. She is accompanied by Scarlett Harker (Missy Peregrym) who is a trained fighter and shares the same objective as the huntress. The turned-vampire Axel Miller (Jonathan Scarfe) made his way out of the facility to safety. Therefore, it is only Helsing and Harker who are up against the original vampire Dmitri. It remains to be seen if they will be able to get out alive.

Meanwhile, the vampire madman Sam (Christopher Heyerdahl) tracks down Mohamad (Trezzo Mahoro), Flesh (Vincent Gale), and Lucky (Andrea Ware) in the woods. They will have their hands full with the sadistic vampire who likes to play cruel games with humans. He fought with Helsing at the abandoned church and fell down from the tower. However, he somehow managed to survive the fall and is now about to torment Mohamad and his friends.

In the last episode, Helsing met Harker for the first time in the underground facility. It was revealed that they were sent there as kids to undergo experiments regarding their powers. They discovered a secret box behind the mural of the room they used to stay in when they were younger. When they tried to leave, they were stopped by the vampire Dmitri.

"Van Helsing" season 2 episode 7 will hit the airwaves on Thursday, Nov. 16 at 10 p.m. EST on Syfy.
