Last week on "The Young and the Restless," Adam went to Delia's memorial, much to Billy and Victor's displeasure. Chloe appeared, and intent on revenge, she pulled a gun on Adam. But Chelsea stopped her and said that this wasn't what Delia would have wanted. Chloe put the gun down and cried.

Adam asked Chelsea if this means that she has forgiven him, but Chelsea said that she did it for Chloe and Delia. After she left, Victor told Adam that he wrote a check to bail him out of jail, and now he has to stop the Paragon Project, or else, he can have him thrown back in again.

Chelsea said that she won't testify at Adam's trial, but Michael warned her that she's the only one who could ensure that he gets a fair trial. At the penthouse, Chelsea was packing when Adam arrived. She admitted that she still loves him and despaired over the fact that he might go to jail.

After the botched drop off, Dylan and Devon went to Paul, who was angry with them for not coming to him sooner after they learned that Hilary was kidnapped. But he agreed to help them anyway, much to Cane's annoyance. Cane thought that bringing in the police meant that Hilary's life is in danger now, but Dylan told him that whoever the kidnapper is, he needs to be behind bars.

At home, Lily found a bag of cash in Cane's closet. Lily went to Dylan and gave him the bag, and he confirmed that it's the ransom money. She said that she found it among Cane's things. Later, Cane was arrested, and Paul took him for questioning.

This week, Cane will find himself in trouble after the cash was found among his belongings. But is he really the one who is claiming to have kidnapped Hilary? Meanwhile, Adam's trial begins, and emotions will run high in court. His fate will also be known by the end of the week. Will Chelsea help Adam avoid jail time, or will he get sentenced to prison?
