Last week on "The Young and the Restless," Sage told Chelsea that she fell in love with Adam, but when Adam asked her about it, Sage clarified that she fell in love with Gabriel, the man he was pretending to be. Later, Chelsea asked Adam if there's still something between them, and Adam said that he just feels like he owes Sage.

Jack arrived at the penthouse and told Adam that he knows about the lawsuit. He asked Jack to tell Victor about it, but Jack refused and said that the lawsuit was actually his idea. But Adam said that he can make Victor back off, but Jack would have to cut Billy loose. Jack said that he won't do that, but Adam said that he has to unless he wants to lose everything to Victor.

Victor went to Ashley's office and Ashley offered him a deal—$50 million to save Billy. Victor said that she would have to add another zero to that number for him to consider. Later, Jack, Phyllis and Billy joined Ashley and she told them all about what happened. Billy offered to quit, but they refused to let him do so.

Meanwhile, Joe offered to help Lily find a tree for her home and the two went for a long drive. At one point, the car won't start, and Lily said that they should go to the Abbott cabin. At the cabin, Joe asked her why she was avoiding him, and when Lily tried to run, he stopped her and said that she was not going anywhere.

Cane and Devon realized that Lily was missing and they told Kevin and Paul all about it. Kevin managed to track down Joe's car. Cane and Devon found the cabin and entered just as Joe grabbed Lily, and Paul came in to arrest Joe. Joe confessed to framing Cane for Hilary's disappearance, and Lily asked Cane to forgive her.

This week, Jack calls a press conference to expose Victor for his scheme involving Marco, but Phyllis won't be onboard as she doesn't want the world to know that she spent several months sleeping with a man who she thought was her husband.

Meanwhile, Sage and Nick's relationship continues to be on shaky ground as she grieves for their baby, and Nick will make a decision about their relationship. Jack becomes fed up with Victor's schemes and he forces Adam to choose between the Newmans and the Abbotts.

Here are "The Young and the Restless" spoilers for Dec. 14 to Dec. 18:
