This week on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Lisa Vanderpump and Kathryn Edwards complained about Faye Resnick to Kyle Richards, while Lisa Rinna apologized to Yolanda Foster about what she said regarding her illness.

Erika Girardi told Yolanda that everyone was questioning what she said about her children's Lyme disease diagnosis. The former model couldn't believe it and said that it doesn't bother her at all when people talk about her, but to question Anwar and Bella's health condition was crossing the line.

Later, Rinna showed up at Yolanda's apartment and apologized for telling everybody that she must have Munchausen disease, a disorder in which people affected by it feign illness to gain sympathy. Yolanda accepted the soap star's apology, but she was fuming during her on-camera interview. She said that Rinna talking about her disease was "despicable." As for Rinna, she said that she regrets that she ever said that in the first place.

On her Bravo blog, Yolanda said that she has learned to let go of any ill feelings toward Rinna because she doesn't have the energy to hang on to negativity. She also said that she felt very disappointed with how the women doubted her and her children's condition.

"The best apology I could hope for is changed behavior, so let's see what the future brings," Yolanda said.

She added that she chose to go public with her Lyme disease battle "because we need a change." Yolanda said that the negative comments about her only encourage her to fight harder and that she has chosen to use her platform to raise awareness of the debilitating disease.

Next week on the episode titled "Please Welcome Erika Jayne!" some of the ladies will appear to have a change of heart as Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle try cryotherapy with Yolanda. Erika invites the ladies to see her perform at a club in San Diego, and later in the episode Lisa Rinna tries to find out what Vanderpump and Kyle said to Yolanda.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
