This week on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Yolanda Foster revealed that two of her children are also suffering from Lyme disease. Yolanda also prepared for surgery to have her breast implants removed. And in a very emotional moment, the former model sat down with her mother and her children to talk to them about her will.

In the episode, Yolanda talked to her mother and her children Gigi, Bella and Anwar about the surgery to remove her implants. While she assured them that it was a simple procedure and they shouldn't worry, she gave each of them a copy of her will just in case something happens to her.

"My biggest worry is, 'Oh my God, what if I die—who is going to take care of my children?'" Yolanda said to the camera.

Her husband, David, was conspicuously absent while she was talking to her kids. It's possible that while filming the episode, Yolanda and David have already started living separate lives. The couple announced that they are divorcing after four years of marriage earlier this month.

On her Bravo blog, Yolanda said that seeing her children's faces while watching the episode broke her heart.

"I did not intend to have such a dramatic moment. And discussing a will is obviously a very uncomfortable discussion to be had at anytime," Yolanda wrote, adding that she put off the conversation until the last night before her surgery because she was scared.

She explained that she wanted to put her affairs in order for her children and for family members in Holland because she has seen what happens when people do not plan accordingly and leave their loved ones in difficult situations.

On the next episode of the show titled "Hamptons, 90210," Yolanda will be going to Cleveland to undergo surgery to remove the implants.

Meanwhile, the other ladies will be going to the Hamptons to celebrate Lisa Vanderpump because the restaurateur was recently featured on the cover of Bella Magazine. But things will turn sour when Lisa feels slighted by her friends.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
