In the next episode of "The Gifted," Eclipse (Sean Teale) returns a favor for his dangerous ex-girlfriend Carmen (Michelle Veintimilla).

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "eXtreme measures," was released just recently and showed Eclipse banding together with Carmen to accomplish her mission. "You have power, I have money. We can help each other," she tells the conflicted mutant. The scheming Carmen previously helped Eclipse when she gave him information about the location of his then-captured girlfriend Lorna Dane a.k.a. Polaris (Emma Dumont). She told him also that he would have to return the favor someday and that time happens to be now. It appears that Carmen wants him to blow up some huge crates and set them on fire. The hesitant mutant shoots out light beams from his hands and aims them at the containers which explode instantaneously.

Meanwhile, Agent Jace Turner (Coby Bell) and the Sentinel Services team up with Dr. Roderick Campbell (Garret DIllahunt) to conduct some experiments on mutants. "We may finally be in a position to win this war," Campbell says to Turner as they survey a group of captured powered humans. The villainous doctor recently learned from his research on how to use mutants to elevate their fight against the Mutant Underground. However, it remains to be seen how exactly Campbell intends to do that.

In the last episode, Reed Strucker (Stephen Moyer), his son Andy (Percy Hynes White), and Thunderbird (Blair Redford) broke into a Sentinel office and retrieved information about the their nefarious plans regarding the mutants. They also got data on several profiles of powered humans. The group encountered some obstacles on their way back but Polaris and Lauren (Natalie Alyn Lind) were able to assist them in getting home.

"The Gifted" season 1 episode 7 will air on Monday, Nov. 6 at 10 p.m. EST on Fox.
