In the next episode of "The Fosters," Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) asks her three suitors if she can date them separately because she does not want to get tied down.

The trailer and promotional photos for the upcoming installment, which is titled "#IWasMadeInAmerica," were released just recently, and they show Mariana getting together with her three suitors namely Mat Tan (Jordan Rodrigues), Wyatt (Alex Saxon), and Logan Bayfield (Christopher Meyer).

She is dressed in a red ensemble as her admirers are seated around her on the sofa. "Listen, all of you asked me out, and it's nothing serious, and again, I don't see why I can't date all of you. Not like at the same time but like, one on one," she says cautiously. Her three suitors look surprised and appear not to be expecting that strange proposal.

Mariana looks at each of them with her eyes widened, and squirms for a moment in her seat. She tries to break the awkwardness and says, "Okay, if you're not cool with that, I totally understand, I'm just, I'm not ready to be tied down."

All of sudden, Wyatt says that he is okay with Mariana's proposal. Then, Logan follows up and expresses that it is alright with him too. However, when she turns to Mat, he looks down and is still not sure if he can adapt to that setup. It remains to be seen if Mariana's plan will proceed without any hitches.

In the last episode, Mariana's friend Ximena (Lisseth Chavez) was able to elude the authorities and remain in the US. She went back to school, but at the end of the day, her lawyer informed her that her visa renewal got rejected. She was devastated that she had to return to Mexico.

"The Fosters" season 5 episode 12 will hit the airwaves on Tuesday, Jan. 23, at 8 p.m. EST on Freeform.
