Red (James Spader) will lead the Task Force to search a new Blacklister on the next episode of "The Blacklist" season 4.

According to the synopsis of the episode called "Dr. Bogdan Krilov," the FBI informant will spearhead the search for a Blacklister who possesses the tools that can manipulate a person's memories. The said Blacklister already caused Liz (Megan Boone) to be confused about her own memories.

Based on the trailer, Mr. Kaplan (Susan Blommaert) will do everything she can to hurt Red. This time, she will use a Blacklister to manipulate Liz so she would doubt everything that he told her. Mr. Kaplan knows the best way to defeat Red is through Liz.

The Blacklister will convince Liz that he can make her remember certain memories that could help her understand her past. Since Liz still has a lot of questions regarding her background, it can be speculated that she will agree to the Blacklister's proposition and undergo his treatment to help her remember her past.

Since the Blacklister can tweak someone's memory, it can also be speculated that whatever Liz could remember may not be true and use it to turn her against Red. But can Red and the Task Force manage to find the whereabouts of the criminal before it can turn Liz against him?

Meanwhile, the synopsis also reveals that Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) will finally stumble upon a new lead regarding the mysterious disappearance of a Justice Department officer named Reven Wright (Adriane Lenox).

Wright was killed by Cabal member Laurel Hitchin (Christine Lahti) in season 3 episode "Kings of the Highway" when she asked her about her African mission and her link with Matias Solomon (Edi Gathegi). Ressler could possibly learn about the crime after Gale (Enrique Murciano) deepens his current investigation.

NBC will air the next episode of "The Blacklist" season 4 on Thursday, May 4, at 10 p.m. EDT.
