One "Real Housewife" might not be a housewife in the near future as Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe might be heading to splitsville.

Teresa, a cast member of reality show "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," has been very truthful about the state of her marriage after her husband put the two of them in a very complicated legal mess. Sources close to the couple have told In Touch that 45-year-old reality star is ready to call it quits on her marriage.

"Teresa is done with Joe and is already making plans for a life without him," a source revealed, adding that after everything that Joe has put her through, she feels that she deserves to be free to do whatever she pleases.

The source added that Teresa has been hitting bars and clubs and is having the time of her life. It also reportedly appears that she's moved on from Joe and is now looking for a new husband.

The reality star has shut down cheating rumors but did not hide the fact that the status of her marriage is unclear even after her estranged husband is done with his 41-month prison sentence.

In her new book "Standing Strong," she writes about her marriage, saying, "People think that I'd never leave Joe. But that's not the case. If things with Joe aren't good... between us when he gets home, I'd absolutely end our relationship."

The same source further said that Teresa is bracing for that eventuality. She has been asking friends where to find all the "hot, rich men" and is seemingly ready to move on.

If and when the couple heads into splitsville, Teresa will still be devastated. The couple has four daughters, Gia, 16, Gabriella, 12, Milania, 11, and Audriana 8, and they have built a life together as a family unit.

The mother-of-four is sad that things have come to this but is looking forward to a positive future, the source concluded.
