Steam Sale May 2017 news: Killer Bundle titles revealed

Steam's highly anticipated Summer Sale for 2017 may still be a month away, but the online digital distribution platform will still offer several video game titles with reduced prices for the month of May.

Reports claim that a new Killer Bundle will be offered on several Steam games until Friday, May 19.

According to reports, the new bundle comes with eight titles that can be purchased for just $3.99 instead of the usual $85.92 retail price.

The list of games includes "Manual Samuel," "Shark Attack Deathmatch 2," "Livelock," "Candle," "Standby," "Good Robot," "Guardians of Ember: Basic Edition + Wings In-Game Content Voucher," and "Death by Game Show."

"Manual Samuel" was first released on PC by Perfectly Paranormal on Oct. 14, 2016. It is described as a 2D animated adventure sidescroller game where players can control all the bodily functions of the main character named Sam. It can be purchased individually for $9.99.

Meanwhile, "Livelock" comes from the Canadian game developer Tuque Games. It is a top-down shooter game that features both solo and cooperative multiplayer modes. In this game, players will be taking over one of the three machine-operated characters named Vanguard, Hex, and Catalyst. The game was originally sold for $19.99.

For those who enjoy puzzle adventure games, the bundle offers the "Candle" video game. It allows players take on the role of Teku, a young neophyte who is on his way to save the shaman of his tribe from another evil tribe called Wakcha. The game was initially available for $14.99.

Meanwhile, the next big Steam Sale for 2017 will reportedly happen on June 23, Friday. But the list of titles that will be included in the digital platform's Summer sale for the year is still under wraps. However, video game players are expected to wait for the new details about the Steam Sale 2017 before it begins next month.
