In the next episode of "Scorpion," the team tries to stop an old nuclear missile from detonating after an axe accidentally drops and makes a hole in the rocket fuel tank.

The trailer for the upcoming episode titled "Nuke Kids on the Block" was just released and showed Walter O'Brien (Elyes Gabel) and the rest of the team on a task to decommission an old nuclear warhead in a missile silo. However, a team member accidentally drops a metal axe several floors up which ricochets from the ground and hits the outer cover of the rocket's fuel tank. The thrust of the axe creates a hole which causes the rocket tank to leak and the warhead to detonate.

Sylvester Dodd (Ari Stidham) immediately reacts and wants to vacate the silo. However, the toxic vapors and nuclear fallout caused by the fuel spill could create more damage and endanger the surrounding areas. O'Brien then decides on a solution and says, "We need to blow the fuel tanks and launch the warhead." Dodd, Paige Dineen (Katharine McPhee), Toby Curtis (Eddie Kaye Thomas), and Happy Quinn (Jadyn Wong) look at O'Brien in disbelief as if he was crazy.

It remains to be seen how the team will be able to stop the fuel tanks from leaking and the rocket from exploding.

In the last episode, Team Scorpion took on a group of poachers who wanted to capture an endangered deer which happened to be pregnant. The team was able to intercept and get hold of the deer which gave birth to a baby fawn. O'Brien and the crew managed to escape gunfire and head to the safety of the wildlife reserve where the endangered animals were kept under close watch.

"Scorpion" season 4 episode 4 will air on Monday, Oct. 16 at 10 p.m. EDT on CBS.
