Shemar Moore sets the record straight after people kept wondering about his relationship with former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" (RHOA) star Phaedra Parks, following their close association last December.

The "S.W.A.T." actor clarified in an interview with E! News what was going on between him and Parks after romance rumors flew when they appeared together in Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live." Moore narrated exactly what happened at the show, saying that he was just having fun, as the show was known to make their guests relaxed.

"So I just decided to have a good time and she was such a good sport and we played and we flirted and we got our little kissy face on. And then that went viral and that's the first and the last time that I've ever seen or met Phaedra," said Moore, shutting down budding romance rumors.

Fans' speculations were further fuelled after Parks had given clues, teasing of a possible connection between her and the former "Criminal Minds" actor. At an "RHOA" event in April, Moore revealed that she was not dating anyone at the time. She also added that Cohen had someone for her who she could talk with from time to time. Parks neither denied nor confirmed if it was Moore, just responding with a vague statement, "We'll see."

"S.W.A.T.'s" debut on Nov. 2 was also promoted by Parks on her Instagram account. The post showed Parks hugging Moore while cozying to his neck. "The look on #bae face when you tell him tonight is your night," the caption read.

Elsewhere, Parks exited "RHOA" after a turbulent season 9. Parks admitted to spreading rumors that Kandi Burruss and husband Todd Tucker were planning to drug Porsha Williams and Shamea Morton for sexual purposes. These were later debunked, leading to Parks' departure from the reality series.
