Bravo has released a sneak peek at the first part of the reunion of "The Real Housewives of Orange County." In the preview for the season 10 reunion, the women continue to discuss one of the season's biggest bombshells, and they go back and forth on whether Brooks Ayers is faking his cancer or not.

In the trailer, Brooks's ex, Vicki Gunvalson, said that she has no proof that Brooks is faking his cancer, and she also doesn't have any evidence to prove that he is indeed sick.

"I do," Shannon Beador says, and Vicki looks shocked at this.

For her first reunion, Meghan Edmonds says that she doesn't know what to expect, but she's "gonna go out there and just be herself."

Later, Andy Cohen is heard asking Vicki if she really predicted that Meghan and Jim Edmonds's marriage wouldn't last 5 years, and the baseball player tries to look calm while waiting for Vicki to respond.

Meanwhile, Tamra Judge was emotional and according to Reality Tea, she is going to reveal a devastating family drama that she has been keeping silent about all year.

Shannon is going to be confronting Vicki for telling her cousin's girlfriend about David's affair.

"For her to announce [the affair], in the middle of a baptism, for God's sakes, it's all okay for you Vicky, no remorse from you!" Shannon yells.

But it looks like Brooks' real health condition will be the focus of the first part of the reunion, and it certainly looks as if Vicki will be the one in the hot seat as Heather Dubrow asks her, "When did you find out?"

Cohen also tells Vicki that she admitted to fabricating a story, and it remains to be seen what story the Bravo executive is referring to.

"Stop! I'm not gonna say something that's not true!" Vicki shouts.

Brooks is also seen in a separate interview, saying that Briana's reason for "lying" about him was because she wanted to manipulate her mother, and Briana is livid as she joins Vicki on the couch.

The first part of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" reunion show airs on Monday, Oct. 19 on Bravo.
